Here are the definitions of 3 different ideas of how government should be run and 2 of them are very similar…

Oligarchy, government by the few, especially despotic power exercised by a small and privileged group for corrupt or selfish purposes. Oligarchies in which members of the ruling group are wealthy or exercise their power through their wealth are known as plutocracies.

Fascism is a far-right, authoritarian, and ultranationalist political ideology and movement, characterized by a dictatorial leader, centralized autocracy, militarism, forcible suppression of opposition, belief in a natural social hierarchy, subordination of individual interests for the perceived good of the nation or race, and strong regimentation of society and the economy.

Socialism is an economic and political philosophy encompassing diverse economic and social systems characterized by social ownership of the means of production, as opposed to private ownership. It describes the economic, political, and social theories and movements associated with the implementation of such systems. Social ownership can take various forms, including public, community, collective, cooperative or employee.

The GOP would have us all running scared that Socialism is the worst of all sins, that giving the people a say in how things should be distributed is paramount to the destruction of all that is good in this world. I hate to break it to those who refuse to learn but we have been a Social Democracy for a very long time, and those who claim we aren’t, are the first to say, “Don’t let the government touch my Medicare, Social Security, etc.” Unfortunately, they are the first to claim anyone behind them in chronological age that these programs are handouts, in affect pulling the ladder up behind them.

We have been having the word Fascism bandied around quite a bit lately and I am the first to admit that what is coming down the pipe looks a lot like it and the thought of that system taking hold in the United States is terrifying. The facts lie in the realization the Donny, wants to be Emperor, does not have a philosophy, he wants to be Oligarch just like the people he admires, Putin, Erdogan, Kim Jung Il, people that control by fear while only enriching themselves.

I can make this bold claim by pointing out that the 34 count felons’ cabinet picks are majority billionaires and millionaires. This narcissist wants his face on a mountain and his face on the currency like any monarch and for a least the first two years of his tyranny he will have little stop gaps in what he wants, only we the people can shut him down with our voices and our dollars. He has the world richest ass hole licking his ear and a bunch of other money hogs kissing his feet, any of them that can read know what Putin did to the wealthy that opposed him. I don’t think Donald has those kinds of stones, but the Richie Riches of the world know that it has happened. Kiss the ring and your fortunes continue, don’t and breathing may be the next thing you lose. Sorry for such a bleak view of our imminent future and I hope I am wrong, all I do know is the fight just got real.
