The recent news indicates that there appear to be connecting channels between the magma chambers along the known volcanos of the cascade range. In one way this is very troubling as it means that there is a very present danger not just near the peaks the other side of that is that there is an opportunity to utilize that network for power generation. Most people do not want to have the national parks industrialized for any reason. With the channels connecting that means there is a way to tap the scource of heat without entering the parks.
So the idea is to place thermal operated equipments, steam engines, along those corridors and produce electric power by tapping into the heat source and injecting water into that system where it will create steam and power the engines. It should be possible to build a system that catches the expelled steam and condense the stean into water and recycle it so that fresh sourced water is kept to a minimum. That system could also provide the means to build a series of greenhouses to grow food crops on a year around basis.
Grown locally those crops would provide a source of food items for local use without high transportation costs. This would be great for schools, homes for the elderly and to help the needy. The system would provide work for a variety of skills, electrical, steam operators, gardeners and people to transport and distribute the production of the greenhouses. Utilizing the natural heat would help eliminate the use of fossil fuels in power generation and may provide an additional measure of bleeding off some of the heat that could result in lessing the danger of eruptions.
The water that would be recovered from such a process would be distilled and would need to be processed to replenish the water with minerals to help with the growing process. Mother nature does that by running water over mineral rich soils and by means of what takes place in storms, and we could create those conditions to enhance the water. After it has provided the plants with energy it could then again be reeturned to make steam and go through the process again, at least it seems possible. Not sure of what this would cost, but it seems like there would be a great deal of gains for the expense.

This issue of Presidential immunity says he can not be prosecuted for a crime committed while in office, it does not say that he has the power to fire people or target businesses just because he doesn't llike them or they represented someone he does not like. The first part of the sentence is far too much power to start with, the President should not be allowed to be above the law. It will be marvellous when he leaves office and travels to Scotland to play golf and he gets taken away to face crimes in the world court as the former president of the Phillipines in currently doing. His immunity does not impress anyone but the republican members of Congress. The CR was approved today and they gave Trump 6 more months to destroy our country. How this was possible as a lesser of evil moves has yet to be understood. What needs to be destroyed is the would be dictator and all that endorse his nonsense. This has become the worst possible outcome of an election, thank you all that voted to put a felon, sex preditor, morally backrupt idiot back in the White House. The simple act of turning pumps back on after a 3 day service stoppage gets a social media announcement of the Army doing this job to supply water to Southern California. The declaring of marshall law from the 1790's to do some other thing, and the lies just keep coming. Trump will stop lying, never. He will have a lie ready for when he tries to take over hell from Satan. Plans are supposed to be in thee works to take the Panama Canal by force if necessary. The wish is that we take Canada as the 51st state abd aquire Green Land any way possible. Manifest Destiny ended a long time ago, and all this empire building is not going to help us as a nation or make our citzens any better off. This is an ego trip of one demented, sick in the head old man that needs to retire to the porch and sit in a rocking chair while talking to himself. War is supposed to be approved by Congress, but we know at present, anything the idiot comes up with will be approved, no matter how stupid it is. It does not surprise me that there are people in the military that would go along with such orders as at least some of them turned their backs on the Constitution and voted for Trump, the enemy from within, or domestic, which ever suits. What is it about that the members of Congress and seemingly the public cannot figure out that the crap that is being pulled is to give the upper 1% a bigger tax break. Unless math has changed that means that 99% of us are on the other end of the stick and we should start beating the hell out of the 1%. Not violently but where it hurts tham most, in the pocket book. Musk is feeling the pain with his businesses, and things are getting a bit shaky at Amazon, so the others are involved in things that require selling and if they can't or don't sell it they lose. At present that should be the norm with all the layoffs and firings, business has got to be going down hill. More people are suffering and for no reason other than stupidity and revenge on the part of Trump. The 1% may need to raise personal armies to protect themselves, and that is going to cost big bucks. When the streets are not safe for them or their families to be on or threats of violence are a constant item in their lives is all the tax cuts going to make life better. Our nation was founded standing up to tyrants and we have not become docile yet. Many chose to get into a fight rather than have to discuss and option. If that is not the case why do so many own guns? Do most of us face angry mobs or gangs of thugs when we go to the store or on our way to work? Not sure where you live, but I don't encounter those problems so the point is just like a gookly number of people who have become famous they have found that they must become much more private in their lives, don't go out, limit gatherings, limit friends, and no matter how fancy the cell if you can never leave it is still a cell.

So Donald is going to meet with Putin this week to negotiate the end of the Ukraine war that Putin started and Ukraine isn’t involved in the negotiations. This as fair as a crooked cop making a deal with robbers that broke into your house about how much of your property they get to keep.

I am sure that in the deal Putin will want a significant amount of Ukraines territory and probably some kind of restitution for Russian soldiers killed and injured. The rationale will be that Putin wanted the territory and Ukraine should have just given it to him …

This is a sign of the ridiculous times we are living in.

Our founders thought of a lot a contingencies have checks and balances through, congress, the executive, and the courts but the didn’t foresee this level of chaos. The GOP has spent the past 50 years slowly, quietly chipping away at the pillars of our democracy and now their wet dream is about to come true.

Because the Democrats have tucked their tails and let the GOP pass a CR on the budget that gives the Executive Branch cart Blanche to spend money how ever they see fit. For the past 4 years the Republicans have cried about raising the budget ceiling but now they want to raise the debt ceiling 3 trillion dollars, yes this is the party of fiscal responsibility… This giant cash grab by Donny and his minions is going to bankrupt the nation but will still benefit them.

For 4 years I saw with same sticker with Joe Biden on gas pumps and anything else the Red Hat militia morons what to blame him for . Now the shoe is on the other foot except this time we can realistically place the blame on the Mango Menace.

The sad part is that Faux News is still placing the prices and volatility in the markets on Biden not Donny’s tariff threats. Gawd know that if everything was going well, gas prices down, eggs affordable the markets trending the way they were expected if the previous administration policies were continued Donald would certainly be taking credit for everything.

Place these stickers on gas pumps in grocery stores on every shelf, in liquor stores, anywhere you can… let’s play the Red Hat childish game and see how they like it.
