The Rocky Mountains have had many names since humans first came into contact with them, some more fanciful than others. Their current moniker comes from the Plains Cree term ᐊᓯᓃᐘᒋᐩ, usually transcribed as asinîwaciy and literally meaning “rocky mountain” or “alp.” The first European to describe the pride of Colorado was explorer Jacques Legardeur de Saint-Pierre, who gave them their current name when he called the mountains “montagnes de Roche” in a 1752 journal entry. Four decades later, the John Reid Company published a map in which they were called the Stony Mountains.
Another journal, this one belonging to fur trader Gabriel Franchere and written between 1811 and 1814, claimed “the first travellers called them the ‘Glittering Mountains,’ on account of the infinite number of immense rock crystals, which, they say, cover their surface, and … reflect to an immense distance the rays of sun.” The Rockies have also been called the Mountains of Bright Stones and the Shining Mountains, each name a testament to how striking they are.

Let me get this straight Donny and his minions are touring that he has had the most consequential 100 days of any President in history…
I agree but they are looking at consequential as a positive thing. What was the most consequential event to the dinosaurs? the meteor that struck the planet.
What was one of the most consequential events of World War II? The bombs on here Hiroshima Nagasaki, which caused massive destruction. So I’ll agree that his first hundred days have been consequential, but consequential in a destructive manner, most consequential in destruction of democracy, most consequential in ruining our reputation as an economic power ruining our reputation as a leader in the world. I agree his hundred days have been consequential.

Canadian voters backed Prime Minister Mark Carney’s Liberal Party, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. projects, in a national election strongly influenced by President Donald Trump. As of last night, it was too early to know whether the Liberal Party would win enough seats to form a majority government, but it projected another term for the party.
The results are a turnaround from a few months ago, when Liberals looked set to be ousted by the Conservatives amid frustration with soaring inflation, rising immigration and then-Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s approach to Trump. But the tides turned when Trump imposed tariffs and promoted a plan that Canada should become the 51st U.S. state.

Another major New Testament figure, Peter is renowned as the most prominent of Jesus’ disciples. A fisherman initially known by the name of Simon, Peter earned his new name along with a promise he would receive the keys to the kingdom of heaven from Jesus.
According to the Bible, Peter is the only discipleto walk on water, and was with Jesus for such critical moments as the Transfiguration (when Jesus appeared on a mountaintop in his divine form) and the raising of Jairus’ daughter (when Jesus performed a miracle to bring a young girl back to life). And while Peter attempted to prevent his leader’s arrest, he also fulfilled the prediction that he would deny Jesus three times that night, before atoning by thrice telling the resurrected lord that he loved him.
According to the Bible, Peter later performed his own miracles such as the healing of the lame man at the Beautiful Gate, until he too was crucified (upside down) for spreading the gospel of Christianity. Traditionally considered the first pope, Peter is also highly regarded in the church for his close relationship with Jesus, as well as his devotion in spite of his imperfect character.

The U.S. Government Established an Entire Town to Build the Atomic Bomb.
As part of the top-secret Manhattan Project, the U.S.-led research project aimed at developing an atomic bomb, the United States government constructed an entire town in Tennessee, known as Oak Ridge, in 1942. Oak Ridge was home to multiple factories and other industrial facilities that produced the materials needed to build nuclear weapons. The work being done in Oak Ridge was so secretive that not even most of the town’s residents knew what exactly they were working on. With the exception of a few high-ranking scientists, most people employed in the town’s science and energy facilities were given a set of instructions for how to do their jobs, but were not told the purpose behind the tasks.

This is something I have read and been told a thousand times and honestly trying to put into practice. The world is full of people promoting manifesting which has always felt like pie in the sky thinking, the issue is every thought requires action. Action is always the answer and the problem.
My thoughts on the topic is that we always seem to get what we spend the majority of our time thinking about, for example if all you think about is being broke and not having enough money that’s exactly what you’re going to have. There is a book that’s been out for a long time called thinking and grow Rich not saying. That just thinking about wealth will make it happen. There has to be action involved, but if you focus on abundance rather than scarcity abundance will happen. It’s taken 58 years for me to realize that I can’t always think about what I don’t have because we all have something that somebody else would love to have some my words of wisdom for today or focus on abundance.
