This whole diversity equity and inclusion argument is getting really old now not only are we not caring for people that are different than we are. We are disappearing people because of their opinions.
I was informed by a Trump supporter that DEI is only because we’re giving things to people who don’t deserve them that we already have equity in this country and no one is treated differently. I do not know what country they live in because I know that if a Muslim or a black family just showed up at their house, they would not let them in
Now they are claiming that a 9-0 ruling in the Supreme Court stating that they can not disappear people and summarily deport them was instead saying that they have every right to do exactly that and now that a floating I idea of doing to same to citizens.

He came into office, screaming about how bad the trade with Mexico and Canada are and how poorly the trade agreement was written. Neglecting to mention that the US MCA was his trade agreement that was written in 2018 because he thought that NAFTA that was signed by Bill Clinton was a terrible trade deal. But now his deal is the worst deal that had ever been negotiated by any president in history. I guess he forgot that he’s the one that negotiated it in the first place.
Now he’s crying about Iran’s nuclear program and how that they’re very close to having nuclear weapons capability. He neglected to tell us or we forget that under Barack Obama. We had a nuclear arms deal with Iran that they would not enrich uranium in order to create weapons but again because the black guy did it Trump hated that deal and destroyed that agreement with Iran allowing them to put their nuclear program back in full swing. Now it’s a problem because Donald created the problem seven years ago.
What problem did he create in the past? It will come up again that he will ignore or blame on someone else. Only time will tell.

Greek sculptor Chares of Lindos was tasked with building the colossal 108-foot-tall statue; he began around 292 BCE, and the work lasted for 12 years. Though the sculpture’s exact location is unknown, it’s believed to have stood on the harbor’s eastern side, and was likely made of iron and stone coated with bronze. The Colossus stood triumphantly for five decades, but it fell around 226 BCE when an earthquake struck the region and toppled the great wonder. This is the problem we are having is that normal people math and rich people math are different.
Poor or normal math… you have $100,000 in your retirement account and the market crashes and you lose 50%… yes you list 1/2 of your retirement. The market rebounds 50% … yeah I got my money back , no you didn’t you got 50% of the $50k you have left after the first crash and that 50% is only $25k… get it you lost no matter how you look at it.
Rich math spent $50k right after the market took 50% out of your account and then it bounced back from the fall… rich maths $50k is now worth $75k.
Your math with the sane market turned your $100k into $75k.
Autism spectrum disorder, or simply autism, is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by repetitive, restricted, and inflexible patterns of behavior, interests, and activities, as well as difficulties in social interaction and social communication.
As of yet these is no know cause for Autism, there is a cry that there are more people with autism today than ever before and if your of my generation there is a good reason for that. There are more tests for autism now than there were 40 years ago. We know now it’s spectrum, that kid that you thought was slow in school most likely was on the spectrum but no one knew or tested for it.
No kids when I was in school had ADHD because it’s wasn’t a diagnosed problem, they were just hyperactive kids that were easily distracted. So since the problem is more recognized and tested for there is more of it, crazy how that works.
In the early days of COVID-19, Donald didn’t want there to be testing because if no one tested for it then there were no cases which makes absolutely no sense. In the same vein if you stop doing pregnancy tests, then there would be no pregnancies I guess.
Back to autism, RFK Junior has decided as his position as secretary of HHS that he’s gonna go back on his crusade to blame vaccines for autism. Seemingly unaware that because we have more test for autism, and there are different spectrums of autism that that is the primary reason that there are more cases of autism. Granted there may be some environmental things that are causing these disorders, like increased, focusing of microwaves and things like that which no one has tested for, but there has been no proof in the 30 years of research that vaccines have caused autism in anyway.
We need to do more to help those that do have autism integrate into society rather than chasing our tails trying to link autism to the medical community of today, pretending that it did not exist in the past.
Today’s modern calendar comes with a lot of quirks, not least of which are the names of the last four months. Although September, October, November, and December seemingly begin with numeral prefixes, the numbers don’t match their place in the calendar. October, for example, is not the eighth month of the year, but the 10th. So what’s going on here? Well, blame the Romans.
Ancient Rome’s original calendar, which according to myth was created by the city’s legendary founder Romulus in the eighth century BCE, contained only 10 months. The year lasted 304 days, beginning in March (named for the Roman god Mars) and ending in December, the 10th month (marking the annual harvest). But because this calendar woefully underestimated the true length of a year, it was replaced with a new calendar by the Roman king Numa Pompilius around 713 BCE. The new calendar put the year at 355 days long, divided into 12 months, based on the cycles of the moon. It added the month of January to the start of the year and tacked on February at the end, though the latter eventually moved to its current position between January and March. This change threw the numerically named months (which at that point also included Quintilis and Sextilis) out of whack. Strangely, no one seemed to mind, and this quirk of the calendar has been with us ever since.
The season kicks off on June 1st and runs through the end of November. A report released by the Colorado State University shows a more active than average 2025 Atlantic hurricane season with 17 named storms, nine hurricanes, and four major hurricanes (category 3 or higher).
But with the current administration defunding NOAA those in the prime target zones may have no warning.
We are in a national game of 3 Card Monty , ignore what’s really happening and look at the shiny object. In the past few days the stock markets have crashed but the questions for dear leader on Air Force One were about his golf game. No one asked why he wasn’t at Andrew’s Air Base receiving the 4 dead solders from Lebanon, the one that asked about the markets was reprimanded for asking a stupid question saying Americans need to take their medicine.
Faux News never mentioned the markets this weekend they spent their time crying about Transgender athletes… OMG the absolute most egregious offense thing happening today… the possibility 50-100 individuals in the country that aren’t hurting anyone other than those who feel that their morals have been violated.
I honestly could not care less about Donald’s golf game of if there is a transgender bowler in Michigan. I do care that our economy is crashing , I do care the Trump wants to build $200 billion deportation camps, I do care the dear leader is planning a state parade to drive tanks and military equipment down Pennsylvania Ave for his birthday in June… this are the terrible things I think we need to be concerned about.
