Our Constitutional Republic has lasted nearly 250 years which is a pretty good run, Rome lasted for 500 years but broke down into a complete SHIT SHOW by the end. Are we heading down the same path? Have we been relinquished to Bread and Circus? I hate to admit that with fast food franchises on every corner and countless television and internet viewing options many of us have our head buried so far in the ground that we don’t know which end is up.
Our previous holder of the oval office has shown many of us that it is past the time to start paying attention. We should have started in the 1980s when Reagan said that government is the problem not the solution, thus laying the groundwork for big corporations to start controlling everything in the name of profit. 40+ years later we are reaping the rewards of our collective denial that money and profit can fix everything.
The Mango Maniac wants to retake the White House and if he does the last days of Rome will look like a historical picnic. The fact that he has been a lifelong criminal would have been ignored if he hadn’t flexed his ego and ran and, by hook and crook, won the Presidency. Now that his criminality has bubbled to the surface, he is being called to account for his inflation of assets as well as other crimes. (I find it humorous that the only trial he has any interest in is about is ‘money’)
There is an article in Rolling Stone that sets what his intentions are if he were to regain the White House. He feels that he is being persecuted, just like any child that gets caught, and he will if given the chance turn the DOJ on anyone who spoke bad of him. He thinks that being called out on his lifetime of malfeasance is political and he will kangaroo court any one he believes will stand in his way. He honestly thinks that the 2017-2021 term in office doesn’t count because of the ‘Russia, Russia, Russia’ hoax and currently there are to many people in government that want to burn it down that would not stand up and let wannabe King Donald do whatever he wants.
I want to stay a Democratic Republic, I think the experiment should continue. We can look all over the globe and see democracies fall the authoritarians, Hungry and Turkey are prime examples, Hitler rose out of an elected government and anointed himself Fuhrer don’t thin Trump won’t try the same tactic.
The fact that 2 states have moved to remove Trump from their ballots is very much a positive sign for democracy. Now if some more states will get on board and do the same things it will help make that decision more acceptable when the Supreme Court has to take a vote on it. The problem with the highest court in the land is that it contains the lowest of ethical justices ever to serve. They have followed the lead of the political party that is lining their foolish pockets and buying them clothes to make their getaway.
The Supreme Court should be advised that if they find that he can run and lose the popular vote that the people will demand that all members of the court be tried for treason and removed from the bench with appropriate jail terms based on positions in the court. In no instance will they be entitled to Presidencial protection even if he were to be elected by the electoral process.
The founding fathers wrote the Constitution in clear and understandable language. The current crop of justices seem to take liberties to make their opinions the primary voice heard or the Republican Party voice. The country was not founded on a religion. It was required that we have a separation of Church and State. Even though many of the founders held slaves the idea of equality was present in the formation of the nation. The ownership of weapons was to feed one’s family and to defend one’s home as part of an organized militia.
Progress has brought many things over the course of centuries, one of which is the ability to not understand that we are all human and as citizens of this world we have the right to equal justice. Speaking of justice, Donald constantly states that the 1st Amendment protects his right to free speech and that speech includes whatever slanderous bull shit he can come up with against anyone that does not agree with him. Keep in mind that should he regain power his goal is to get rid of the Constitution so there goes YOUR right to free speech, right to own a weapon, right to not self incriminate and all the other things that the Constitution provides, like LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS.
We make choices throughout life, generally the choices we make do not include the ones that take away our freedoms. There are members of Congress that agree with the idea of getting rid of the Constitution, and before that happens it may be advisable to get rid of them or at the very least have them detail what they intend life to be like without the Constitution.

These are the same people that would have and probably still are willingly give money to the billionaire that that continues to fleece them. The boys have claimed that they are winning this case neglecting to mention that they have already lost and all these hearing are for is to access the monetary damages that the Trump Organization is going to have to pay.
The head of the family is on the stand today and I am sure it is a conundrum in the court to tell him to STFU or to hand him the shovel and let him dig his own hole. He has already argued that the value of Mari Logo is 100 times or even more that the value that is has been assessed at by the prosecution. That would be something that I would take up with the state of Florida, he potentially owes them millions of dollars of back taxes. He claimed that his tri-plex in Manhattan was 300,000 square feet. That is ridiculous for a residence Caragy Hall in New York is only 27,618 SF. The cost of real estate in NYC is currently $1433.00 a square foot, that would value Donald tri-plex at $429,900,000 the property tax in NTC is 0.88% which is an annual tax if the square footage is what Donald claims it is of $3,783,120. I am sure that NYC would be happy to tax him on his imaginary number, but I am sure that the tri-plex is really only 1/3 or less of that number when the tax man comes collecting.
The Trump family has already been found guilty of defrauding a charity and been banned for ever running one again. He was found guilty of running a phony school and swindling veterans out of money to attend his Real Estate School. The Trumps have been corrupted since Fred Trump ran slum tenements and dear Donald lost all those ill-gotten gains years ago. As to making Donald shut up on the stand or letting him dig his own grave…I say give him the shovel.
I live in Arizona so we don’t play the clock touching game we just have to adjust our viewing or listening times for programs that are broadcast from anywhere else… it just annoying to continue a practice that seems to be irrelevant today.

States were again given the option to not observe daylight saving time and remain on standard time. Two states: most of Arizona and Hawaii stay on standard time year round.
Originally, daylight saving time began on the last Sunday of April and ended on the last Sunday of October, according to the Congressional Research Service.
In 2005, Congress amended the Uniform Time Act to expand daylight saving time to the period in effect today: Starting on the second Sunday of March and ending on the first Sunday of November, according to the Congressional Research Service. This move was again for energy saving purposes.
The national archives is the holder of all Presidential communications whether it be letters, text messages, or any other form of data between the President and any person or state or organization. It is not personal and it cannot be retained by the outgoing President no matter who that may be.

How supporting the nation and supporting Trump have anything to do with one another is beyond me.
The continued support of Conservative values is also very much a thing that has become almost as repugnant as Trump. You all claim to be so goody goody and yet you are the ones cutting programs that help people in need, allowing children to go hungry, creating laws that violate women’s rights in favor of a fetus. By the way, geniuses, women can vote, at present, a fetus can not.
We have these mass shootings sponsored by the NRA and the GOP and all that is offered at the end of the day is prayers and thoughts. None of those thoughts have anything to do with changing a law that actually uses common sense about weapons. How would that be possible that would violate the 2nd amendment and no amount of death and destruction should alter that.
Believe in the bible, thou shall not kill, unless you have an assault weapon and for some reason a case of the ass or a case of stupid at the same time, and then it is okay to go to a theater, a birthday party, a club, gay preferably, or a church and start shooting. Those people should have been somewhere else.
The other people that should be somewhere else will be the law-abiding citizens of this nation when Trump is not elected again and his troop of idiot followers decides to start a war. It is a sad statement that people are so convinced that he is the answer to our collective problems that they would be willing to pick up arms against their neighbors for him. When it happens it will be a test of the current administration to see if they bring in the big forces and fight the situation . If the war only renders one casualty let it be the leader of the pack.
The Patriots of this Nation are not losers. They have gone to far away shores and not come home and now occupy graves in foreign lands. Some lost their lives quickly in a sudden burst of gunfire or an explosion of a bomb, others lost their lives after months in prison camps living on next to nothing and perhaps suffering from wounds that did not heal. None were losers, all were members of the military this nation had sent to help liberate someone else’s home and to keep the war off of our doorstep. Many came home very different than when they left physically and mentally and some never returned to quite the same ever again.
Those Patriots should never have been shamed by a draft dodger, a sewer rat that brags about not catching any sexually transmitted diseases and that was his contribution to the VietNam War. That person may have been elected to the highest office in the land but it did not happen on the popular vote it happened because of a system that needs to be ended so that the voice of the people can be heard not just the wishes of the wealthiest people in the nation.
