I can’t say that I’ve had an amazing dish when I’ve traveled. I have traveled. I’ve seen a lot of places. I’ve had good schnitzel in Germany. I’ve had good wine cheese and baguettes in France. Great pasta in Italy, fish and chips in England. Any number of jerked meats or dishes in Jamaica beignets in New Orleans very good Atlantic seafood in Nova Scotia or Pacific seafood in the upper Northwest, but I can’t say that it’s something that marked the trip I’m just as happy to have a cup of coffee in a diner or outside with conversation that’s far more important than the food. I don’t live to eat I eat because I have to.
